We are happy to share the news that the installation is underway on the flower farm! The installation of both systems began in July and they are due to be completed in August, as planned. In April, we financed two solar systems for a flower farm in Thika, Kenya, with a total financing volume of 260.000€. As the first projects on our crowdinvesting platform, we are very pleased with the progress and look forward to working with Ariya Leasing, our partner in Kenya, on many more projects. More information can be found here.

We would like to thank the investors into this project for being some of the first investors on the ecoligo platform and for supporting our vision: to accelerate the global use of zero CO2 solutions to secure a sustainable energy future.

ecoligo is a solar utility that provides low-cost solar energy to businesses in emerging markets. By financing the solar systems through a crowdinvesting platform, ecoligo closes the finance gap that prevents these projects from being realised. Investments on the ecoligo platform not only provide attractive returns, but save CO2 and support the local economy. Find out more at ecoligo.com.
